What I do these days.

I have been working on marketing consultancy for a number of organisations. Here's a few of the main ones.

Building LifePlans

BLP is a latent defects insurance company. I worked with them to improve the quality of their marketing collateral and help define the way in which they promoted their services.

Newzeye

This was the purchaser of the Certa conference business. I worked with them to help develop their conference offering and improve their profitability.

Tower Hamlets Law Centre

I have been a trustee of Tower Hamlets Law Centre for a couple of years. I've been using my extra time to help support them.

Vitality Therapy

This is an alternative therapy centre which is planning on opening in the Harpenden area. I worked with them to develop their marketing strategy and improve the quality of their marketing materials.

Temping

To keep myself busy between freelance marketing work I've been doing a bit of temporary secretarial work. This has been great for a) getting to see how different companies work; b) getting an insider's view of the marketing activities of a variety of companies and c) allowing me to contribute to society whilst waiting for the dream job. Don't forget it also gives demonstrable proof that I can quickly fit in with all organisations and business cultures.
